Chris brings over 15 years experience to Reata in the machining and manufacturing industries.  Chris has held programming and machining positions with Adam Aircraft and other industry leaders.  Chris' experience in the programming and CNC machining world spans a number of industries and technologies from turning to horizontal and vertical milling to fabrication and assembly. Chris has extensive experience in GibbsCAM and 5-axis programming to complement his hands on experience.

Michelle Monaco
Customer Service and Marketing Manager

Michelle is responsible for customer service and marketing for Reata.  Michelle brings over 12 years experience in improving the customer experience from a number of industries.  She has been integral in building marketing programs in the manufacturing and retail markets that have helped to grow sales and improve operations.  Michelle holds a BA in Marketing from the University of Colorado.

Kenny Estrada
Quality Manager

Kenny brings over 15 years experience in the quality management field to Reata. Kenny has managed quality systems under ISO and AS regulations and has a wealth of experience in surface plate inspections methods along with a number of years experience in Coordinate Measuring Machines.

Kenny earned his Associates in Mathematics from Orange County Community College and has certifications in Solidworks, GD&T and Zeiss CMM.

Jason Esher
Design Engineer

Jason brings over 14 years experience in design and project management to Reata.  His experience ranges from design of superchargers to development of new products utilizing industrial design skills.  He is well versed in Solidworks, Pro-Engineer, AutoCAD, Mastercam and GibbsCAM.  He has managed projects from clean sheet designs to reverse engineering of existing products.  He has a unique expertise in seeing the entire project from a design capacity to Design for Manufacturability and into assembly and product fulfillment.
